City of Vancouver Open House - Wednesday - Oct. 12 2011

The City of Vancouver presented to the residents of Hastings-Sunrise their initial proposed draft plan. Traffic engineers were present to take the comments and feedback from the 50-60 people who came to review the plan. Residents from Dundas Street and neighboring streets, particularly Triumph and Oxford, were on hand to ask questions.

The Dundas Street Group was also on hand to inform residents about the current status of the Residents' Proposed Plan (2.53 Mb Flash). The City's initial proposals compared very favorably with the residents' plan with of other features that were well received.

The City of Vancouver will be reviewing feedback before determining next steps in early November 2011.

Residents from around Dundas Street gather to review the City's proposed plan and provide feedback to the engineers.
